My plan is IVA next spring/summer then get it painted after that. I haven’t thought too much about the engine yet, but it will be a 302 or 351 for sure. I was keen on the Coyote engine but I am advised that it will require changes to the rear chassis and bulkhead to accomodate, and I really dont want to go there!

I hear what you say on the angle sections for the corners, but after seeing it on the car, for me I think it looks good anyway. Apart from Andy Green’s suggestion to provide lips over the end, the only other thing I can think of is using smaller width angle pieces.
The front and rear glass is E marked but the cockpit glass isn’t. However, I bought this from Tornado and they supply a letter of conformity which I am told is accepted by the IVA test stations.
