calculate clutch.

need some help with wath clutch i need, when you calculate a clutch, do you then add some % of lbs/f to the clutch?
for example my engine has 540whp and 660nm(480lbs/ft), what nm should the clutch then be to be on safe side?, i dont want to buy a clutch that is overkill.
this is the clutch im planning to buy.

What will be you application, street, track days or race ? Tilton is nice for race, of course for track day , but expensive for street use.

im gonna buy this tilton, but dont know how many newton i will need., the engine puts out 660nm(480lbs/ft)
this is the story, i have a Toyota v8 1uz with twinturbo and the gearbox is a Audi 016 with quife lsd installed and the clutch is the tilton 7.25 dual plate, but the clutch bearing is original audi and it dident copy with the clamping force, so after about 2000 miles the bearing spunn/broke and destoyed the clutch, when the engine where build you dident know what hp and torgue to expect before dyno, so a 670lbs/ft tilton clutch was installed, now im gonna buy a exact same clutch, but this time i will get a lower lbs/ft one, i have read that you should get a 10% more then engine puts out, then the number is 528lbs/ft, the option is then 580lbs/ft, i also need to beefen upp the clutch bearing, but cant find any heavy duty one for the Audi 016 gearbox, so im thinking of buying a tilton hydraulic clutch and machine/weld or what ever to make it fit.=)
