Ron, did you cet your rime air -tight for tubles? or are you using rpm band and inter tube?

There is a rubber liner inside as to not chafe the tube. These tubes are fixed. The major problem was tearing the tube at the stem. These fix that.

No chance the Borrani's will hold air w/o a tube. The spun aluminum is porus everywhere.

No offense intended but this actually happened to me:

I had a Porsche 911 in that same shade of green. Once when I pulled into a convenience store parking lot, I parked next to a car with someone sitting in the passenger seat. The guy was a biker- covered with tattoos and wearing chains. As I got out of my 911, I was right next to him and I saw that he was watching me intently. As I walked past his open window, he spoke up, "Nice Porsch'- shitty color!".

No offense. My wife hates the color.
