Reunion Load-In?

The Marriott has security for the parking areas. Trucks, trailers and cars will be in adesignated area with live security patrols. The security patrols are instructed that you must have your I.D. lanyard to access vehicles.

When do the security patrols begin?
Will anyone be at the hotel late Thursday (11ish) or Friday morning so I can get a lanyard and retrieve my truck and trailer? Or will there be some other way to retrieve my truck and trailer Friday morning?

• Trucks and trailers may be brought onto the VDA for loading and unloading only. There is parking available at the track for tow vehicles and trailers

How do we get to the VDA?
What time is load-in on Friday?
Where is parking for the tow vehicles and trailers?
