At the PVGP GT Reunion, "Charity Rides" are offered to raise money for the PVGP charities. Normally these are in various vintage race cars that the drivers offer for a $60.00 donation. At this year's event, rides will be in GT40s! And for a $150.00 donation you can ride shotgun with David Hobbs...

Sadly, Doug Chadwick who did the pano pictures passed away so unaware of another pano photographer.
I heard from another car club that "Clayton Spanger of Photographic Design took over Doug Chadwick's business. His information is Spanglerstudio.com 304-419-0473". The other car club has switched to using drone photography for their annual event.
