FS USA Free Bolts

I was cleaning out my shop prior to moving into town and I found three bolts that I did not use, so I thought that perhaps someone else could use them- probably in the suspension mounting. These are extremely high quality 1/2- 20 UNF tension bolts that bear a Boeing Aircraft part number. The size is 1/2"dia x about 2 1/2 " grip length.
You can have one or all 3 for just the cost of shipping. -Neil

BTW, I checked on the internet and the current price is about $1200 EACH!

I’ll take them if you don’t want them. Let me know how much to PP or Venmo you for mailing to Allison Park, PA. You can DM me. Thanks.

One thing to note, these specific aviation style bolts Neil has pictured, have a radiused section at the bolt head to the shank and required either the hole used be chamfered enough or use chamfered washers under the bolt head.

MS20002C-8 washers will work.

That is true. There is an under head radius where the head meets the shank of the bolt. This is a feature of all aerospace or military bolts. Hardware store bolts omit this feature and I avoid them on this basis. That radius is a key point in extending the fatigue life of a fastener.
