Here is the edelbrock chart for the recommended valve spring in the heads you have . Notice they recommend the chevy ls1 spring for the use of this cam in the heads you have No 5768.

So as the correct valve spring is 5768 I would go with that. The spring recommendations on the cam card you were looking at are for the standard windsor heads which have a different installed height not 1.800".
