Last monday we were on the racetrack at anneau du rhin was very exciting . The material could surely drive faster was also the first time on racetrack for me ...
We also get a new set of wheels made by RCR thanks to Fran for the nice work. The front wheels are now 4kg lighter per wheel and the rear wheels are 7kg lighter per wheel . Thank you Fran

Hello together.

Last Monday we were on track again. First Time with slicks and the light wheels of RCR.
Was really nice , now we have to solve a little problem with the ZFQ which is spraying out the oil and then is getting very hot.It could have something to do with the pump which not really work fine.

We scanned a model and pumped it up. Then CNC ing foam cubes, covered it with GFK . Now a lot of filler and sanding.

Very odd to see the smooth fatigue failure section at the center of the break, with the rough fracture finish around the outside, however even that does not look that rough. Is there pitting in the base metal, particularly at the root of the thread?

No the base metal is good, only teh bearing and seal is not good anymore.
