battery and alternator feed cable

Hi all,
I am about to route the feeding cable to connect the alternator and starter motor to the battery.
I'm having a hard time coming up with a good way to route it though, since it shouldn't be routed close to other sensitive electronics.
Is there someone out there that know of pictures of neat installations to show here?
Maybe routing around the oil pan/block mating surface?

Should mention I got the alternator on the driver side up high, and starter motor on passenger side down low. Battery is located in the passenger side sill.

Starter motor to battery should be a good quality cable as short as makes sense from the sill mounted battery to the starter terminal (1 Gauge). Alternator positive lead depends upon whether you are using a low or high amperage output alternator. High output require a heavy cable and maxi-fuse in line. Not sure what sensitive electronics you are worried about. Feed the alternator cable across the firewall and either to the battery terminal or the block terminal where the battery feeds the rest of the car's wiring loom (if different).
