Hello everyone, i have some questions regarding the Audi 016 gerbox, im from Sweden so my english can be kind of bad sometimes, im building a Ford GT40 bailey edwards cars and in that build i have the Audi 01E, anyway the question is not about that build and the 01E, the 016 transmission is mounted in my Ferrari F40 replica and i hope i can ask questions about this transmission regardeless it is not mounted to a GT40.=), i now many ppl using the 016 in their GT40 and it is not any forum where i can ask about this, so that is why i ask my questions here, if not allowed, please delete my post.
Anyway my Ferrari F40 replica has a excat copy of the F40 chassie but the engine is a Toyota 1uzfe, 4.0l 32 valve engine that has dualturbo and 540whp 1250kg car
it drives very very hard, and everytime a push the throttle im amaced that the 016 doesent blow up?, so my question is what hp figures has ppl on this transmission?
what hp/torgue can it handle?, it looks so tiny..... my 016 has also quife lsd mounted, and it has not broken yet, but im thinking of swap it for something sturduer, but what transmission should i then go for, any ideas?, or do you guys think im fine with my 016?
