917+917+P4+GT40'S at my local track today

You guys may like to see these pics I took at my local track today.

The 917's and P4 are Peter Bailey's, the 40 (one of two) is a Superformance.

The white 917 livery is a period SA scheme, the P4 has a Ferrari V12.

Interesting the way the W/Screen 'Sticker' appears to change the Roofline shape of the Superformance car.

Here are some pics of both 917engine bay....

martini is a NA flat 6 (don't know the displacement)

the white one is a flat6 twin turbo (550hp)

I like how they put the NACA duct on the bodywork for the intercooler intake. There is another post of a BE 917 with a ford v8. I think the radiators were placed where the intnercoolers are on the above car.
Looks like BE did a really great job with these cars
