Louis, you may consider trimming the lip of that Quicktime Bellhousing down to fit in the chassis better?

I will definitely be doing that Randy. It will help but the drive train will still be cocked a little to the left after trimming. RCR no longer sells that clearance plate so I will make my own unless someone has one to sell. I remember seeing what others have done but I'm not being specific enough for the search to find it.

Thank you!

You could get creative with something like this (small aluminum bread pan) bolted or riveted inside the panel where you cut the relief hole -

An important aspect of the bellhousing that isn't often discussed is the bellhousing depth as they are not all the same.

Quaife E62G1121 depth 4.0 inches
QuickTime RM-6055 depth 4.5 inches
Kennedy bellhousing depth 4.5 inches

The smaller depth of the Quaife not only provides a more compact engine/transaxle assembly but also better engagement of the input shaft into the crankshaft. More details on this here and here.
