where do these 4 wires to A/C relay go ?SPF P2116 GT 40 MKII

I bought this GT 40 all apart and im putting it together and not sure what terminals these 4 wires go to. 2 wires are green with red stripe 1 pink wire and one purple with white stripe. Little hep!! see attached photo of the relay with 4 spade terminals and the 4 wires--not sure which terminals they go to.

Pink and purple wires go to right 2 terminals (silver color) on what looks like the a/c thermostat. Doesn't matter which goes on which terminal, you can't damage anything. Other green wires I don't know. Where are they coming from? If you have much rewiring to do I would highly recommend Blas Costagli's comprehensive wiring diagram.

Hi Dave: that helps. Those two matching Green with red stripe wires go to dash or door--im guessing they go to the two other terminals below the purple/white and pink wires. I dont see any other terminals where they could go.

Don't have the car in front of me but these are older photos. Are those your green wires on the left in 7177?

No if you look at my photo you can see the 2 green with red stripe wires - they dont go to the drier they go in front of the a/c box and then turn and go into the dash of the car .

Mark,
Do not connect additional wires to the thermostat. I cannot locate any green/red wires on Blas' wiring diagram. Guesses might be the high pressure switch with green/yellow wires or wires going to the recirculation switch motor on top of the a/c box driver's side.

The signal wire should / could come from the trynary switch.

All relays have .... 1 a signal wire. 2 a ground. 3 a hot bat pos. and 4 a lead to a load. a test light, and ohm meter. simple

Nope unless someone had it wired wrong--i already have wires hooked up to the dryer. These two green wires go into the drivers side dash area--i think i will just trace them down to where they go. At this point since they are loose wires - the only loose terminals are the two brass looking terminals under the relay that has two silver terminals. As my dad always says just keep worrying with it.

There are different ways to wire the low pressure signal to run the clutch. most receiver driers have a port.....switch to operate the clutch relay
I think you could find a wiring diagram on the Vintage Air site.
