UK GT40 Passenge/Drive before pulling the trigger!

Hi Everyone, new here, not to projects or Internet forums. I'm thinking about selling up both my current projects (Turbocharged '77 Mini and '90 GTR) and picking up a GT40 kit (running or partial complete - 70-80k budget).

The mini has been the shed project (welding, restoration, engine work) etc and the GTR the weekend car (shows, drives, road trips etc). The idea would be to get a GT40 kit to do both.

Before I do pull the trigger, I'd really like to experience a kit GT40 for the first time! Would hate to be disappointed after selling my dream R32. What options do I have in the UK?

Around London, but easy to get south to Southampton or north to Derby as I'm about for work
