Clayton,
Thx much. I just placed an order for them. They are less expensive and shipping is very reasonable.
Cheers, Randy
Clayton,
What format do you need it in?Anyone have a drawing for the sheetmetal bracket that the latches mount to?
Some WAD should get you what you need. This is the bracket I am looking for a drawing to replicate and affix to my roll bar if anyone can help.View attachment 142171
That is the same glass fuel filter that Ferrari used in its 3 liter V-12 cars in the '60s.This is the bracket I am looking for a drawing to replicate and affix to my roll bar if anyone can help.View attachment 142171
Turns out Early Falcon Spares is not reliable. I placed an order for the Bobbins. Michael Hansen sent a hood latch. He said send the latch back and he would refund the shipping cost and send the Bobbins. I mailed the latch back and never heard from them again. Many emails. No response. Glad I used a good credit card. At least I got back the cost of the Bobbins. Lost $40 for the return shipping.Clayton,

Any luck drawing the bracket that holds the latch?Going through more drawings today, and noticed that these are also shown on page 129 of GT40 Uncovered.
FoMoCo part number 113E 16642A
Modified to work for the GT40.
Drawing number GT40P/1/2615 for the road car
GT40P/1/2560 for the race cars.
It has been redrawn to fit the latch, just awaiting confirmation of the material thickness and i have to do a 2d drawing of it which is quite quick. Anyone know the fav pn (drawing number) for it?Any luck drawing the bracket that holds the latch?
t think you are allowed to say fag anymore James, there is a magistrate that will jail you for 20 months!Presumably there is no such a thing as "the back of a fag packet" anymore.
