Quaife QBE62G speedo gear output cover/cap?

For the speedo output on the Quaife QBE62G, anyone got a cap to cover the blade that sticks out and is just spinning out in the open? Quaife doesn't have one.
I am not using the cable speedo, and just looking for a quick off the self item. If not i guess I will just spin up the lathe and make one.
