Hi everyone
my 2 gauges are not working,
So I have the idea of making inspection hatches to check the condition of the fuel level transmitters on the two KVA MK1 tanks,
the hectic question is the following: is this Does anyone know where these are likely to be?
A B C or between these letters?
I also suspect that under this aluminum plate there are chassis uprights spaced perhaps 20cm or 8 inches apart, does anyone have any information or a photo of that?

Thanks in advance !
Laurent

On my DAX they were in position A at the rear of the cockpit.

I see your side cill is riveted on ….pity as mine was held in by screws and by removing that you would see where the wire goes to give you a more accurate location

Thank u Ian !
I had bet on location C, close to the dashboard, which also allowed me to sit on something flat without protruding bolts before moving on to the seat.. too bad we'll make do with it!)

I would buy one of these very cheap endoscopes that connect to your smart phone. . They have a small diameter and a bendable wire about a metre long. Very handy for having a look into tight places. They have a built in light and usually come with a magnet and a hook. Very handy as a borescope. I removed an errant nut from a cylinder with one - saved removing the cylinder head!
Endless uses..........
the link below is for the scope but looks a bit odd!

Mike, I just feel stupid right now, a friend just sent me a picture this morning of an equivalent endoscope to probe his cobra's engine, and I didn't think of that for my tank problem. .. it'is THE good idea, thanks again!
