These are small fixed- position air vents. All aluminum, very light weight. Twist to adjust airflow. Flange mount on panel. Used in aircraft. $50/pair + shipping. Five units are available.

The internal diameter of the vent opening is7/8"- too small for anything but a bit of fresh air or defroster.
