I think I’d be careful transferring £20k on ebay with only one positive feedback on the username account
Its not even certain who is hiding behind the username.

The Dar part of the sellers ID would make me think it was him. This is only my guess as I have no knowledge of who it actually is. The feedback he has is a purchase that supports a charity. The other items he has listed are a couple of pair of earrings.

Be ware, I think.
