GT40 MK1 - looking for 3rd bake light mounting/location options - show yours

Already did a search, found some suggestions for "Suburban 3rd brake light"...
Have not dicided on what/where to install, but I definitely _will_ be installing 3rd brake light.

I’ve spent the last couple of years squeezing between the passenger side & the garage wall, but I now need to sort out the passenger door and open it fully. So over the weekend I refitted all the suspension & wheels and dropped it to the ground to move it over a bit. It’s the first time on it’s wheels since I bought it exactly 5 years ago!

The car’s got a nice stance and is another major physiological step forward. It’s amazing what makes a grown man happy. Also the foul between the rear trailing arm & the exhaust is OK at ride height.

Never had that issue driving a GT40 (or other classic car).
People behave differend when they see a car thats not common.
They mostly have a cellphone in their hand taking a picture of you so a third brakelight won't be noticed anyway.

I drive classics everyday as I have nothing post '83. All of them just two brakelights.
The one that rearended me was on the phone and never saw a brakelight at all...

Even my dayjob brand new semi only has two..

I saw someone with a spoiler like Chris has above and the mounting bolts were high intensity bolt lights that acted as additional brake lighting.

Why?

Some states require a third brake light...

 

A third brake light is required in NZ. I mounted an LED strip inside the rear clip at the top of the window.
