Any chance that you have some dimensions for the expansion tank? Also, is the back angle the same as the firewall (13 degrees) or did you match it to the wings?

It has been thirteen years, but I did find my drawings.

Looks like we used 10 gauge ally. Consider using a heavier gauge, perhaps 8 gauge. Also use a thick weld bead. The expansion / contraction of the tank can lead to hairline cracks.

The forward surface angle matched the firewall.

Give the passage of time, my memory of the details is a bit foggy.

Thank you very much. I will follow your many examples of using mock ups and templates, but having these drawings as a starting point will make it much easier.
