Alan Mann GT2 Markings?

Alan Mann Racing used large white stripes to distinguish between the cars on the track. Their Cortinas had a different number of white stripes on the nose under the grill. GT1 has a perpendicular stripe on top of the front right fender and on the tail on the right side. Does any know how GT2 was marked? I found a couple photos of an Alan Mann GT40 without the perpendicular stripe on the nose (such as the Whitsun crash), so I'm wondering of GT2 was differentiated from GT1 by not having the white markings.

Hi BenL I looked at Ronnie Spains book "GT40" and AMR 2 as Ronnie said Alan Mann called them was devoured of any white stripe markings as far as I can tell and mind you this picture is Monochrome picture. It was red with the gold centre stripe outlined with a dark? edge
I hope this helps
Allan

"devoured" = "devoid"?

Thanks, I'll dig up Ronnie's book (it was next to my computer, but it's back downstairs on the shelf).

AM2 had no additional white hash stripes at the 2 race events in which the 2 Lightweights were Ford team racecars. The exhaust was painted white. AM-1 had a black exhaust system. AM -1 had three stripes added on the bonnet and the rr tail was also white. These white marks were added at Sebring. The black snorkels were also added at Sebring for both racecars.
