Unsolicited Advice

I strongly suggest that when you're going to do something that might be questionable legally, don't mention it on a public forum. Who knows who might see your post.

Today, I saw two posts, one new and one old, that said (paraphrasing):
- I'll take it off once the car passes inspection.
- It didn't come with a serial number, so I'll write one on the receipt.

Like the people who were committing sales tax fraud and bragged about it on Club Cobra unaware that the California Attorney General was a registered member ("Morgester") resulting in door knocks from the Highway Patrol with warrants.
