Hello Frank. I do think you are very smart before parting with any of your money to be doing due diligence in checking him out. But with what little information you have provided, I have no idea what you are talking about. If you could provide a link of some kind to see the ad that would help. I hope this safely works out for you.

Regards Brian

This is his page you have to look it up at Facebook i don’t know how to make a link to this page
Cheers frank

That’s a well wrecked Ford GT / 2005?
I looked it and a few others over on Facebook and I would concur with Brian on doing your due diligence…

I contacted him and claims to be at an address in TN that frankly was just a house with no storage or shop on the property (seemed sketchy). I also noticed a couple of his referenced pics had clues of European sources…Euro electric plugs on the work bench, signs in the background, etc. I would stay clear IMO. His response on the exhaust was interesting too with specifically “289 cubic-inch V-8” instead of what we all know as small block Ford, SBF, 289/302, etc. Things just didn’t add up with the amount of things and different groups on FB that he was pushing his efforts on.

THANK YOU Randy and Devin. I do not have any social media accounts. BUT, I have seen many people screwed on Facebook, and I think sending money overseas where you can't look at the products is just asking for trouble. But that's just me. A good deal is where you haven't been scammed.
I was looking at a Ricardo transaxle in Scotland. A really good deal. I Google Earthed the location and it was a vacant lot. I told the seller that a buddy of mine was going to inspect the transaxle before any money was sent. I told him my buddy was a red head about 6 foot four, 375 pounds and all muscle. Told him he was special forces in the military. Suddenly there was no more communication from him.

Others may have different opinions, but that's mine.

I would check with the Factory 5 forum guys. Looks like he is selling cobra dash kits, door panels, and lots of seats that most factory five customers don’t use so could be legit. Appears to be more of a hobbyist trying to make a few bucks wiring up dashboards in his kitchen.

Also, from what I understand if you pay with PayPal your money will be refunded if they do not ship your items. But don’t do friends and family then there is no recourse.

Ok Thanks for al the replays
I will ask him also for Some detailed pictures with measure sizes and like pictures of the item with a newspaper
Something like that
And I will send personal messages to Some factory five people

I looked at the pictures closely and it is strange that all the pictures are from different kitchen garages and Floors workbenches and even on the background old package with the prices in uk pounds on it

I would agree with that, the pics look very random. The photo of the gt40 seats remind me of similar photos of a recent scam on GT40s. I may be mistaken, but that is what I thought of.

I downloaded a few pics to see if there was any info attached to them but no. Definitely speak to some FF Forum guys and if they haven’t dealt with him I’d stay away,
