Question about different manufacturer parts cross over.

Hi there,
I have just bought a Mk1 replica in NZ, which is a GT40 Replication car, number 1 I believe. I understand these cars came from an early KVA mold. At some stage it will require a new right hand side door window as it has a crack. I am happy to manufacture one however if one is available to purchase from another brand that would fit with some work, this may be easier.
Is anyone able to elaborate if the KVA cars are still in production under another guise, or if there are alternates that may fit?
Thanks very much in advance.

KVA is long gone. Photo of window, lower aft edge round or square?

Thanks, yes aware KVA are gone, wondering if their product was continued by someone else? Hopefully this pic tells you what you need?

As GTD started by building KVAs I would think that the GTD body is the nearest to a KVA.
Contact Lee Dawson as he worked at GTD making bodies and now makes GTD/SGT bodies and should be able to sort a door for you.

GTD and other bodies alike have a rounded lower aft corner, unlike the square KVA.
Easiest would be to get some Lexan and use the old one as a template.

But then the windows would be just flat and would not have the formed compound curve in them as original
Our windows are formed and also fit the square corners of the KVA
Thanks
