With a heavy heart a reluctant sale of my transaxle and adaptor/clutch setup that I was going to use for my GT40 project.
Have been forced to abandon as baby and country relocation emptied the toy fund so changing to Cobra for meantime
The G50/52 is one of the strongest Porsche G50 boxes, from a 964 Turbo with the large CP gears with v good ratios for a V8.
Gearbox was rebuilt and upgraded 10 years ago by California Motorsport and was not used since. Has been dry stored, spoke to CMS before I bought it this year and they advised no issues with long term dry storage.
I purchased from a very well known rotary enthusiast, he replaced with a custom holinger sequential. I never even took delivery as he is storing it for me until my engine etc was built.
To build this box now would cost you in upgrades what I am asking for it all - then you’d have to buy the box, clutch and adaptor etc. I was planning to run it behind a small block Ford v8 with 650hp - CMS advised would have no issues with that.

REM treated internals
New syncros
Billet side plate
Box has been shortened and billet end plate
Side shifter
Prepped for inverted use
Oiling prep mods in case you run to run pump etc (don’t have to)
Rebuilt ZF LSD (currently set at 80% but just remove 2 plates to reduce lockup)
Billet shifter
BRAND NEW Kennedy organic twin plate clutch and adaptor kit for small block Ford v8 (over 2ks worth) and took over 3 months to arrive.
Includes:
Block adaptor plate (not what is shown attached to box - setup not even unwrapped from Kennedy)
Twin plate clutch
Flywheel
Price is 14k USD But open to offers
