What Insurance company are you using? (USA)

I have my Cobra insured through my State Farm agent for an agreed upon value and when I approached him on the GT40 he said it would be a bit more expensive, but not too much more and ultimately quoted me $83/mo which I thought was very reasonable. Four months later with no explanation the monthly price jumps to $478 (575% increase) so needless to say I'm searching for insurance again.

I've gotten a quote from Haggerty which really wasn't much better, and one from Heacock Classic which is the current frontrunner.

Anyone else have any direction / cues for me to pursue this further?

Thanks in advance.

Classic Auto Insurance. Drew Yagodnik, ( [email protected] ) . They have all my classics and use American Modern as the underwriter and use agreed value with five photo's of car. Six classics with approximately 2.5 million agreed value and annual premium is $ 5,958.00 . He has treated me great over the last 8 years. I left Grundy and then Heacock for drastic rate increases.

My cars are insured agreed value through AIG Private Client Group, what I like is they insure the vehicles as a collection and a separate drivers policy. Total annual premium is $1,887 for 7 cars.

Do you have a point of contact for me? I'd like to get a quote from them as well.

My SPF GT40 has been insured (with a guaranteed replacement value) by Midwest Classic insurance for the past 11 years. Similar to Classic Auto Insurance their policies are underwritten by American Modern. Their premiums are very competitive, and the policy allows me to drive up to 6,000 miles per year. My windshield also cracked a few years ago and they paid the entire cost with no deductible. That surprised me since the cost of the windshield from Hillbank in Irvine was about $1,800.
