That Gryphon Praga R1 is a sweet car. Super light, very fast. Carbon fiber everywhere. They finished 5th after some issues.

Very cool. I watched it for a few hours from the #66 car, and only saw an SLC a couple times passing from it. Then a couple turns later, gone!

It looked like gearbox. They had it apart for about a hour or so during the first couple of hours we were there and then got it going and went back out for a few laps. They were not on track when we left, hour 4, I don't believe. That car IS fast.

I believe the engine and gearbox from the "other SLC" is from an LMP1 car. A proven success in endurance racing. Looks like there is hardly anything SLC left. Lol. Sounds nasty though!
The blue mistress is much more standard SLC and finishes better every year....
