Thought I'd ordered a set fro. Early falcon spares, got an email awaiting a prt, thanks Ryan for contacting them, all good, then email shipping at end of week,to sorry order cancelled refund pending, went with grand tourer.au instead!
They ripped me off as well. First sent the wrong part. They told me to ship it back and they would pay shipping. Never heard from them again.

For information; The zipped drawing + dxf that i posted some days ago is based on 3d scan of a tennant panels tub.
Dimensions has been verified against the correct slam lock and a repro bracket from one of the "vendors" out there.
As one can see from the photos posted there are a few variations on these brackets.

David,
Can you identify the latches that you are using? Are they the Mini latches mentioned earlier in the thread or something different?

I folded my long edges before I used the dimple dies and then they would not fit! In reality holes should be 1/8th in smaller to get the dimple. Not sure if I will redo.

Not sure where the catches originated, I bought them from SGT with my chassis

2nd try, had the hole cut to 2 1/8” dia and used my 2” dimple die. Original had a much tighter dimple.

Looks like these are the dies needed seen as a Flat dimple did in some listings. For me not going to redo again, going to use my first brackets with no dimple

For info (and as you already noticed david) the two holes are not intended for dimple dies.
They are supposed to be fully flanged with an internal radii equal to the plate thickness.

In this case the tool could be a pipe with an id of 2,5" + 2x plate thickness, a small radius on top typ same as plate thickness
and then some suitable die.
All holes are flanged like this on a monocoque chassis, i have to make some proper tools in a number of different dimensions.
