Hoping someone has a source for the pictured bushings. I searched McMasters Carr, but not sure what they are called. Thx in advance.

Like Neal said, something like this, and search from there.

Thx much. Unfortunately, the largest OD McMaster/Carr have is too big and the next size smaller is too small. I wonder what others have been using. My guess is that RCR turned the ones shown in the online manual. I see a lathe in my future :)

Bill said “Those bushings are items you have to make as the correct length will be determined after you locate your complete drivetrain to know how far back it will go. They should all be pretty close as the stub axle location wont much, but not for us to be able to send a stock item”.

I suspect that he was referring to the pipe spacers, but in any case I took it as RCR doesn’t have the Nylon bushings. My guess is that RCR uses longer pieces of pipe and use the Nylon bushing.

I am probably going to make them by turning Nylon rod on a lathe.

Look at "Steve's RCR Build". He made some with a crude lathe he fabricated using a drill press. He may have some ideas on what he did to solve the problem. My RCR ships on Monday and it should arrive by the end of the week. My guess is that I will be facing the same problems you both are experiencing in some form.

Thx for the referral to Steve's build. Lots of good information. I like his Nylon bushing solution except that now I don't have an excuse to buy a lathe :) I ordered some Nylon rod from Amazon and should be able to turn the bushings without further issues.
