This is the color of the car from my recollection.

That was probably a different car , Shelby used the Howard location a number of times during the Cobra/GT years. The car Joe worked on was at the McDill location In the early 70’s.

Same location today on McDill aave

Joe relocated from Howard Ave location when the dealership was sold to Dave Heinz to a small shop on McDill Ave just a short drive from McDill AFB.

The GT looked just like the one in the Peterson.

The GT was a light metallic blue with black seats. Florida license plate .

Well I guess the GT I witnessed will remain unidentified ? Hard to imagine no one would put the piece together.
